PRESS RELEASE — MUNICH, June 15, 2022 /MILC/ — Media Industry Licensing Content proudly presents the second version of its Metaverse.

The MILC Metaverse will connect the world of media and entertainment with a broad audience and build a bridge between professional creators and their users.

The MILC Metaverse combines fun in interactive and intuitive 3D worlds with extensive business opportunities from which all users can benefit. Thus, it is possible that creatives of the media industry can trade directly with their users, no matter if it is professional or user-generated content. In addition, extensive NFT marketplaces and e-commerce opportunities are created.

Advertisers also get the opportunity to interact with users. The highlight is that 50% of all advertising revenue generated through the MILC platform is shared with its users.

The platform’s own MLT token (Media Licensing Token) serves as a fast means of transaction in the MILC ecosystem.

“We see ourselves as a Web3 infrastructure. In this world, our user is no longer a product that is simply marketed, but a real digital existence and value that participates in the success of the platform just as we do,” says Hendrik Hey, CEO and founder of the MILC universe.

The MILC platform is also breaking completely new ground technically!

After the MILC Metaverse went online in November last year as one of the first worldwide, the team behind the MILC platform now presents its latest and most advanced version.

Unreal Engine from Epic Games is the world’s most advanced real-time 3D creation tool and delivers impressive next-generation 3D content and experiences to professional content creators. Just recently Unreal Engine 5 has been released and it’s certain, that in the future together with the powerful web GPU technology these revolutionary developments will make the experience both smooth and fast across mobile devices as well as desktop platforms, even on mid-range computers and laptops. Therefore, the MILC Metaverse has already paved the way with the current Metaverse based on Unreal Engine and WebGL.

The MILC Metaverse was developed in cooperation with the Belgrade-based company Harmonity Solutions.

“It was a great pleasure for Harmonity Group to cooperate with Welt der Wunder on such an important project. MILC metaverse, in the best way, represents what we are able to offer to our clients,” confirms Aleksandar Eric, CEO of Harmonity, adding that “Considering the quality we wanted to reach with this project, Unreal Engine was a logical choice for us, knowing its capabilities and possibilities in Gaming.”

Bringing Unreal Engine to the browser was the perfect task for the team, which gained a lot of experience working on this conversion which no one did before.

Entering such an unfamiliar terrain usually brings challenges, so one of the main topics was to optimize the assets and materials of the 3D world because of the size of the project that the user would need to download.

“We can proudly say that we successfully overcame this challenge by achieving a perfect size and quality ratio”, Aleksander Eric sums up. “Always with the goal of making the MILC Metaverse even more impressive and feature-rich with each release.”

At www.milc.global, all users now have access to both the MILC Metaverse and their own MILC community. In the coming days and weeks, more and more features will be added to enhance the MILC Metaverse experience.

“It’s the beginning of a long fascinating journey”, says CEO Hendrik Hey “The future of Metaverses has just begun and we are eager to create a place that will remain one of the leading platforms in this space many years from now.”
