Headquartered in Chagrin Falls, Ohio, Roundtable was founded way back in 1997 by Bob Baskette.

3. 3D HoloGroup

Based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, 3D HoloGroup was founded in 2018 by Greg Partin and Tom Sablyar and specializes in AR software architecture and systems integration. Its customers use its products and services to provide training for their personnel, students and their customers.

3D HoloGroup has partnered with the largest selection of AR hardware manufacturers on the market including Epson, Mad Gaze, Rokid, ThirdEye, Vuzix, and the list is growing.

Its management team has over 75 years of combined experience in multiple dynamic technologies. The company has designed and built fully immersive one-of-a-kind AR software used in gaming, database schemas to manipulate 3D models via hand gestures and voice command, conversant, interactive artificially intelligent (AI) anatomically correct human-like characters, and more.

4. Laval Virtual

Not exactly a company per se, but worth mentioning anyway: Created in 1999, Laval Virtual was founded at the initiative of the former Minister of Research and mayor of Laval, François d’Aubert.

The mission of Laval Virtual — The 1st International Exhibition and Conference on VR/AR/Metaverse and Immersive Techniques — is to serve, inform and animate the community of users of VR/AR and immersive techniques in its BtoB uses through meeting and discussion platforms and information services.

In its more than 20 years of existence, Laval Virtual has established itself as a key facilitator for organizations in the VR/AR sector. It brings together and animates a community of professionals throughout the year, for which it holds shows in Europe and Asia, conference programmes and provides various information services (technological watch, publications, workshop reports, etc.).
