1. MetaMundo
MetaMundo is a 3D NFT marketplace for building the Metaverse. Believing the Metaverse will be made up of a constellation of different virtual worlds, the startup has created The MetaPortal OG1500, a beautifully crafted, metaverse-ready virtual portal full of wonder and adventure, to help foster connections and discovery across them.
Enabling 3D creators to mint, sell and license 3D Model NFT collectables ready for use across the Metaverse and VR, Metamundo — based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands — was founded in 2021 by Finn Hansen and Mark Studholme.
MetaMundo has raised a total of $2.7 million in funding over one round.
2. GamiFi
GamiFi is a platform from which to crowdfund blockchain-enabled games. It focuses on NFT, Metaverse, and Blockchain-based or enabled games.
Based in London, GamiFi.gg was founded in 2021 and is led by CEO Laura Walsh.
3. IMVERSE
Based in Geneva, Switzerland and founded in 2017 by Javier Bello Ruiz and Robin Mange, IMVERSE is a platform that allows for real-time capture, editing and streaming of 3D holograms for live telepresence and volumetric content.
Building the future of live 3D telepresence and real-time 3D graphics, powered by our proprietary voxel (volumetric pixel) rendering and simulation engine, IMVERSE firmly believes that voxels will become the new 3D graphics representation standard and we aim to pioneer this technological revolution.
The scope is vast with applications across multiple Telepresence verticals — from remote work, training and collaboration, online education to telehealth, art, gaming and live entertainment.

4. VALACLAVA
Based in Los Angeles and founded in 2021, VALACLAVA creates cyber-physical apparel at the intersection between Fashion and gaming technology.
A next-generation collective of fashion designers, builders, and rule-breakers carefully designed in the Metaverse and born in Web3, VALACLAVA is redefining what it means to be an authentic brand.
5. Flying Fox
A London-based startup founded in 2021 by Charlotte Wise, Adrian Sam and Stephen Lau, Flying Fox is a blockchain gaming studio focused on bringing education into gaming.
Its core products include a play-to-earn-and-learn Metaverse game, where users can have fun, earn, and learn about conservation, sustainability and blockchain along the way. Build using sustainable Polygon technology, a simple and fun educational mobile app, built to appeal to a broader audience and introduce the wider population to blockchain currently at the App Store and Google Play Store for Open Testing.
