This collaboration aims to bring VR experiences to roughly 150,000 students across 30 different sectors, representing a significant stride in educational innovation.
At the heart of this joint effort lies RTC Antwerp’s “XR Action Plan,” which aims to deliver immersive XR experiences to a substantial student base. VR Expert’s contribution involves supplying 1,000 PICO 4 Enterprise headsets, accompanied by tailored storage cases, to equip 690 schools throughout Flanders with advanced VR equipment, enriching the educational journey for both educators and students.
RTC Antwerp’s involvement extends beyond mere hardware provision. They are actively curating an expanding XR software library, offering a diverse array of educational content. Additionally, educators are set to benefit from the XR Academy training, ensuring their adeptness in seamlessly integrating this technology into their teaching methodologies.
