The University of Suffolk is embarking on a practical six-month project, teaming up with partners across the Atlantic to explore the application of virtual reality (VR) in cultivating soft skills among students.

Focused on nurturing essential abilities like customer service and healthcare, this initiative aims to support students, especially those feeling less confident, in acquiring these crucial skills.

Soft skills, such as communication, are vital in various industries but can be challenging to develop through traditional teaching methods. By integrating VR, the university seeks to provide students with immersive experiences, allowing them to practice and refine these skills in simulated real-world scenarios.
